Our Mission

Our Human Rights Movement

Awareness is crucial to combat modern-day slavery. The Touch of Life Foundation has led numerous campaigns to raise awareness about child trafficking and child labor that has produced real change across the world. Through social media outreach, educational events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities organized by our dedicated members, we work to continue to raise awareness about this dire issue and encourage leaders and decision-makers across the globe to implement laws in their respective countries to severely punish perpetrators of this growing illegal trade.

Highlights and Ways to Help

TOLF Board Induction

Many thanks to the 2014 Nobel Peace Laureate, Kailash Satyarthi, for the induction of the Touch of Life Foundation Student Board of Directors! He gave an inspirational speech and talked about his journey and his fight for eliminating child labor and trafficking in his lifetime. As he gave the example of a single hummingbird helping extinguish the fire, everyone's individual efforts pooled together will make a difference in the fight for child labor. Please do your part and join the fight to eradicate child labor and trafficking.

Wall of Freedom at the Bal Ashram

It is truly amazing to see the artistic abilities of these talented children rescued from child labor! At the Bal Ashram, where the children come once they are rescued, they are given education, art and music classes, vocational training, and medical and psychological services. They are showered with love and support to nurture them back to good physical and mental health so they can lead a productive life. The wall of freedom is a portrayal of each of the children's view of freedom.

Fundraising is an integral part of our foundation. Thank you to everyone who has come out and supports us!
Through bake sales, annual shows, donations, and sponsorships, we are able to support the victims of child trafficking and child labor.  We have most recently sponsored a basketball and volleyball court for rescued victims.

Outreach and Education

Public Demonstration

We believe that the best solutions for society come from within, and make it our mission to build awareness so that this is a possibility across the globe. Educating the public is pertinent to the success of our mission.  We must educate our communities about the dangers and consequences of child trafficking.  There is no community immune to this egregious crime.

Thank you Svaha & Touch of Life!.jpg

Touch of Life Foundation has built an environment of support and helpful resources to make sure that Partnership is always a priority. Working together and partnering with other organizations has allowed us to make a much bigger impact.  Come and join us in our fight to eliminate child trafficking and child labor.

Advocacy and Legislation

Advocate to government officials to encourage social media companies to put more resources into identifying inappropriate content and encourage lawmakers to implement stricter laws with severe punishments for crimes committed against children.
